Diagnosis fee
We charge a flat CHF 60 for diagnosis and analysis — only billed if an actual repair is performed.
Hourly rate by effort
Repairs are billed by time spent. The hourly rate is communicated clearly upfront.
Spare parts billed separately
Required spare parts are billed in addition. We use original or tested parts.
Shipping to Switzerland
Shipping back to Switzerland is at cost. We handle customs clearance for you.
